American Apparel Near Deal to Be Acquired
The Wall Street Journal reports that American Apparel is near a deal to be acquired by Endeavor, a special-purpose acquisition company, for about $244 million, plus $110 million in debt. The deal allows American Apparel to expand rapidly without going through a lengthy IPO.
