ACK! More pointless stats!
Is this MORE than before the changes? Less? The same? How does it compare to other countries? What is meant by “drink-related problems?”

it is mere lip service from the government. The labour gov. has encouraged binge drinking by creating de facto industrial drinking sites in every town centre.
