You can post your plan for free, however, in order to correspond with buyers you have to pay an $18.95 fee (I personally think the fee should only be paid when a successful transfer is completed). I waited until a buyer showed interest in taking over my contract, but when I paid the fee and initiated the transfer the buyer disappeared.
