Just to show that they’re not all Ivy League and Oxbridge grads having tea partays, PWC have put together an excellent report which examines the future of communications. And guess what? Web 2.0 features pretty heavily.
Rather than knocking them (like we did in our opening sentence) we should thank the likes of PWC for putting these sorts of reports together as it provides some pretty heavy weight back-up to what clients or our bosses can often perceive as agency/trends nonsense.
