Yeah, we haven’t got the latest issue in the office either – but we’re sending Jeff out to get one as the magazine is getting some huge buzz. The latest issue of the design community’s bible has been edited by Mother, the London-New York ‘ad’ agency. Mother’s influence spreads from the packaging it comes from and the cover with the price tag the agency paid to edit the magazine this month (see Beeker’s copy here). The CR blog says that the theme of the issue is selling out: part of that is a discussion of the degree to which those working in visual communications “prostitute” themselves.
