Inspiration: Factory Records – The Complete Graphic Album

Probably one of the most inspirational gifts we’ve received recently is ‘Factory Records : The Complete Graphic Album‘. The book visually takes you through a period in British music the impact of which is still felt today. The curator Matthew Robertson takes us through a journey of visual marvel as designers like Peter Saville created record covers, flyers and books for everyone from Joy Division to ACR to New Order to the Hacienda and to the Happy Mondays leading the New Wave.
