Some beautiful packaging from UK tea company Jackson’s Of Piccadilly we came across. Here’s some background to the design we found here:
The objective of a
branding campaign for
Jacksons of Piccadilly was
to redefine it as a super-
premium tea brand. To
master the technique and
language of tea-blending
is almost an art form in its
own right. To communicate
the brand’s particular way
of tea blending and to
convey its quintessential
English heritage, the pack
is used as a canvas and
the leaves as a subject.
All tea leaves were shot
using Photogram and
natural sunlight to create
pure results, leaving it to
the leaves to make an
impact. The subtle, yet
effective branding was
applied across packaging,
point-of-sale material,
literature, signage,
banners and sponsorship
material.
