* The death of page count – as interaction on sites rises though widgets and ajax
* Brands still getting blogging wrong by trying to fake it – see anything Edelman has done
* Direct response becomes 100% google :) – seriously watch google go into the magazine and radio sales space
* Leveraging social networks – brands making platforms to help people come together on and offline
* Transparency – brands not faking their customer reviews
* Death of control, the rise of inspiration – you can’t control someone’s interaction with your brand but you can definitely inspire them
