There’s an idea here that Floyd spotted. Graffiti that’s useful. These blue seats have been attached to poles to help people have a rest on their long walks. He says:

“At first I presumed they were placed there by local authorities but it turns out they are some sort of sculptural graffiti. Nice work the fella!”
