		<description>&lt;p&gt;I too have seen these cards get more visually insane with every passing week, though it seems to me that the wildness of the graphics is proportional to the bad quality of the card, as if the companies were paying more attention to vibrant colors than connecting callers.  It&#039;s no surprise, then, that the best prepaid phone card I&#039;ve used, onesuite.com, doesn&#039;t have a physical card but is &quot;virtual&quot; and web-based.  No eye-catching design, just a focus on service.&lt;/p&gt;
