Fashionistas Make It Big This Year
Sunday Time’s Rich List 2007 breaks down the exorbitant incomes of Britain and Ireland’s finest capitalists. Fashion moguls of all kinds: models, designers, and owners made the list. Some of the big names include:
- Sir Philip Green (Bhs and Topshop), was crowed fashion’s richest, and is valued at £4,900m.
- Harold Tillman, Chairman/owner of Jaeger, ranks in 7th place in the fashion listing for his Fashion Enterprise Fund, to which he’s dedicated £5m to support emerging new designers.
- Ray Kelvin, owner of Ted Baker, raked in a cool £105 million sterling.
- Cristina Stenbeck, heiress to her father’s investment fortune and Ralph Lauren associate, is now worth £387m.
- Katie Moss/Price, the richest model on the list, clocked £30m.
- Erin O’Connor, model, followed Moss with £12m.
