It appears that Pandora’s Internet Radio has to struggle with some serious licensing issues outside of the U.S. as their service is not available anymore from Europe:
We are deeply, deeply sorry to say that due to licensing constraints, we can no longer allow access to Pandora for most listeners located outside of the U.S. We will continue to work diligently to realize the vision of a truly global Pandora, but for the time being we are required to restrict its use. We are very sad to have to do this, but there is no other alternative.

Love pandora radio. The ads are a small price to pay for some good, free music.

according to a post on Wired’s Listening Post this week, here a workaround, so you folks outside of the U.S. can listen:

Much easier than all the workarounds is http://www.globalpandora.com.
I am glad I found it being a Pandora subscriber.
