Believing that great things can only be achieved by those who are able to inspire others, Simon Sinek teaches forward thinking companies and individuals how to inspire employees and customers to become invested partners in their cause.  With a knack for simplifying complex ideas, he is best known for developing The Golden Circle, a model based on the biology of human decision-making, that guides organizations on how to inspire people to buy or support, with cult-like loyalty, any product, company or idea.

Simon’s unconventional and innovative views on business and leadership have attracted international attention and have earned him invitations to meet with an astounding array leaders and organizations, including: Microsoft, GE Silicones, AOL, New York City Ballet, the Director of HIV/AIDS Policy for the US Department of Health and Human Services, as well as sitting members of Congress and the Sudanese Embassy.

Simon will join a panel with Steven Overman from Lowe Worldwide, Beerker Northam from Bloom, and Faris Yakob from Naked to help us better understand how to turn the trends and ideas from the morning session into actionable insights we can use to develop the kind of marketing that will be presented in the afternoon presentations.
