The latest Theme Magazine is out and we love it. The ‘theme’ of this issue is nerds.
In the "From the Editors" section, Jiae and John write:

In this, our ninth issue (our third year, yeah!) we head to Comic Con, where we met some really cool comics-loving nerds: "We’re not going to cosplay today, we’re just going to hang out." We go deep into the minds of three young, successful RGB masters: YouTube’s Steve Chen, Gothamist’s Jen Chung, and gaming’s new wunderkind, Jenova Chen. And we quiz R. Kikuo Johnson to see if he really is a nerd.
Recently doing a bit of research on gaming ourselves, we particulary enjoyed the article on Jenova Chen and his mission to create a game that make you feel good as well as the article on YMCK, an 8-bit jazz-pop band that’s "attracting packed crowds of both male and female Japanese thirtysomethings who want to relive a bit of their youth…"
Unfortuneatly, neither of these articles are up on their site, so you’ll just have to go out and pick up the issue in print.
