If like us, you think you might wait until the iPhone becomes available on your existing network before you consider buying it, you might want to see if you can get some more mileage out of your old Nokia by turning it into a bit of an iPhone in the mean time. A new plugin called the Nokia Media Transfer for Nokia phones lets users listen to iTunes, play video and even import from Mac programs like iPhoto.

Ok, ok - so you won’t be able to do the ‘finger-crab’ to spin through your address book or album covers, but it might save you a few bucks.
