Anywhere.FM is a free, web-based music library that allows you to upload your entire digital music collection and play it via “the best web music player” (on their site). It also enables you to browse through and listen to your friends’ playlists as well. The site is still in beta and a bit slow on the loading, but we’ll keep you posted on its progress.

I’m trying to work out where I’d really need this service. Where can I not (a) carry my iPod nano for personal (headphone) use; or (b) find electric power and a friend’s stereo with iPod input jack for party (speakers) use?
