		<description>This really is interesting, with so many companies vying for the attention of the baby boomers its difficult to know what exactly is worthwhile. One thing I would say has been proven to be helpful is the concept of brain fitness, many studies are backing the &quot;use it or lose it&quot; phenomenom. I would recommend people take a look at the Brian Fitness Channel, bfc.positscience.com, it has some really wonderful information for boomers and others on how to best maximize brain health.</description>
