One thing I would say has been proven to be helpful is the concept of brain fitness, many studies are backing the "use it or lose it" phenomenom. I would recommend people take a look at the Brian Fitness Channel, bfc.positscience.com, it has some really wonderful information for boomers and others on how to best maximize brain health.
