Holiday Inn Gets Rather Cautious
The picture above shows you a warning found on the bottom of breakfast menu in our Holiday Inn hotel room in San Deigo (yes, yes we know you all think we stay in arty hotels but sometimes we like to save the pennies especially in mega-pricey conference-hall cities). It lets us know that if we eat undercooked food we might get sick - how helpful, and how well placed at the bottom of the menu.
Meanwhile the first sign you see when you leave the elevator to get to your room is this one telling you that you’re entering an area that might give you cancer!
