As you can see, it&#039;s fundamentally meaningless. What are you going to do, ask for your money back at this stage?

This, I think, is a splendid example of added cost for zero public benefit. AFAIK, there wasn&#039;t a sunset provision in the law that was passed--so this crap will stay with Californians indefinitely.</description>
