We stayed at Hotel Fox in Copenhagen last week. We first wrote about the hotel back in 2005 but it was nice to visit it in person. Each of the rooms have been painted by an artist – including WK Interact and Kinpro.
The rooms are small and sometimes the art can be a little too graff – but you get so much more for a modern traveler : free broadband, an over-tagged elevator, a lobby that was more hang-out than waiting room and a restaurant with what amounted to be a single item menu – chef’s 3 course tasting. Oh – and we just loved the reception – especially when you check in: the lady there just titled her screen back horizontal and a grid of photos of the rooms appeared – ‘which one would you like?’ she asked.
We stayed in the room by AkimZasdBus/ Bus 126 with the tree. More of our photos can be found on Flickr here.
