Designer Setmund Leung Kam Biu has come up with a solution to the problem facing most young urban-dwellers – the desire for their own space but the lack of means to acquire it: the mobile track apartment. While far from spacious, the mobile track apartment utilizes its dimensions to its fullest capacity – the moveable walls (set on tracks) allow dwellers ultimate flexibility in how they tranform the space. The sliding room dividers make it easy to close off spaces not currently in use or make some rooms larger for special occassions. The only anchored rooms are the kitchen and bathroom for plumbing reasons.

The pictures clearly show movable shelves stolen from libraries, which are horrendously expensive, the kitchen moves in those photos and the bed is always down? thats the best way to save space as its the most easily folded. Poor design from someone with too much time for graphics on their hands.

What makes you think they stole the movable shelves from libraries?
