Papermag Pop-Up: a 24 Hour Party
Following on the trend of all things pop-up and temporary, Paper magazine are offering the latest variant as part of their annual homage to LA. Opening a “24 Hour department store”, Paper will sell a range of 25 hard-to-find and limited edition labels such as Jeremy Scott, Rodarte, Citizen-Citizen and Three Asfour, alongside art pieces and shop collections from the likes of Damien Hirst and Paris boutique Colette.
Billed as “the best store on earth”, the pop-up store will open its doors at 6pm this Friday for exactly 24 hours, offering not only a host of great products, but also a darn good party with free booze, live Djing and hourly performances by achingly cool creative duo Andrew Andrew (who will also podcast the event).
The Paper LA Project starts today with the first ever Colette dance party held in LA, and continues with events through the weekend.
