		<description>Privee issues &amp; items

December 12, 2007

Gentlemen,

Just some thoughts on health issues, items and matters regarding the antenna&#039;s for telecommunication at on and near children.

1. Governmental municipality Generating income producing revenue from said antenna&#039;s connections.
2. Antenna laws within residential-multi family require clear distance.
3. Electrical grounding is very special requirement for CATV by laws which apply for independent grounding for electrical bonds (waterfront).
4. Hurricane storm special requirements.
5. Revenue and real estate tax issue on said properties and fixtures.
6. Cancer causing issues (body &amp; brain tumors) with unusual rapid cell growth issues with increase due to the load management power surges.
7 Electromagnetic air waves next to water tower is a big No-No-know
8. A simple due diligence on the number of cancer cases in the town hospitals, insurance zip codes and pharmaceutical medicines prescribed for said illnesses would be helpful. Check with locals who have moved and their health and establish the common ground health issues and items.
9. Appellant court attorney on staff gets the job done with and without local connections, favors or pressure.
10. Exclusive agreement verbiage in the original land acquisition deeds and building approvals with zoning boards most often requires regional approval be them county, state and or governor to deviate from said approval.
11. It breaks and violates the curb appeal laws for the architectural approval and if it is 20 years (historic issues) or more they have may have problems with getting federal funding (sometimes state) for the financing requirements with a lot of contrary and conflicting motives.
12. A list of the court cases and health issues submitted to the town with confirmed return receipt as well as the voting board members would be a good thing for this living thing issue.
13. Within 1000 &#039;of electromagnetic antennas activity and underground wiring with load management issues inspected for primary schools children ages 4-11 years old.
14. The older right of ways require sign off from all the utilities companies, owners and right of passage sharing in said grounds and easements.
