		<description>I hear you James. I just had the same thing. I was tempted back into playing (after stopping for 3 years), and I was trying to reach a GM in game. Took over 4 hours for someone to get to me, and by that time, there was nothing they could do. Raid was over etc. etc.

I did not use profanity, but I complained that basically said that was the worst response time I&#039;ve ever seen. Things were much better 3 years ago. May I speak to your manager?

A few days later I&#039;m banned because I supposedly let someone else use my account. I travel for a living, so I play from all over the world. The long list of IP&#039;s is the only thing I can think of that they could use to validate this claim.

However they never took a second at my explanation, provided any evidence of the basis for their claims, and I have still never spoken to a manager.

I hope most people avoid this kind of mistreatment, but complaining to the BBB about blizzard doesn&#039;t seem to do JACK.

*sigh* Oh well, LOTR online it is.</description>

		<description>The problem with that kind of attitude is the assumption that they have ever cared about their customers.  If you are trying to create an account you should be able to reach the billing dept though since they are the only humans from the company that will ever speak with you.  Their customer service is horrible and I just had all of my account attached to my email suspended until I notarize a document stating that I am in fact me.  This happens to happen the day after I sent in an email to the GM feedback area and told them that their GMs responses are always, &quot;We are aware of the issue and are working to resolve this as soon as possible&quot; and, &quot;We are unable to give any further information.&quot;  I went on to tell them that I would rather speak with Dell&#039;s India support staff since I can actually deal with a real life person who will not just send canned emails and canned responses.  So now misteriously after 3 years of use all 3 of my, &quot;account contains incomplete or inaccurate billing contact information which is a violation of the World of Warcraft Terms of Use.&quot;  BS a GM got emotionally butt hurt and told his friend.  Just do what I am and sell the account after you get the problem resolved.  I am so through with them their Customer Service is the worst I have ever dealt with.</description>
