		<description>i really enjoyed this little feature.. i love the non-expected, surprise and informalities/fun these explorations elicit.. 
i have trying to develop a real small food concept around a similar type concept.. a la carte ..create the perfect little mobile food carte (maybe bike powered?) and hit the streets and all your dailys.. seems fun to me!  if any interest let me know..
