OK – this one is definitely for a Friday afternoon. “So, suppose you’re out walking your dog late at night, or taking out the trash – should any problems occur…”

There’s a whole culture out there around modifying weapons for ‘new’ threats. Just an interesting little tid-bit of change you might not have been looking out for.

  1. don’t know much about guns but, wouldn’t it be easier just to carry a 38 smith and wesson and walk your dog? now, if the idea is to optimize Hercules Planes Storage Room, wow! a great idea!.

  2. yay death!

  3. keep the post-apocalyptic suburbia posts coming! is someone in your office writing a script?

  4. A Smith and Wesson snub nose 38 has six shots and only has a 2 inch barrel leading to poor target acquisition and shot placement for most beyond 10 feet.

This Folding Sub Machine Gun offers a 30 round magazine (5x the S and W) along with greater range/accuracy due to the 5 inch barrel. Shot placement is also enhanced because the stock adds stability during firing.

Not to mention the follow up shots are easier with a semi automatic and full auto (machine gun) is an option for suppressive fire (think Secret Service detail).

  5. Awful!

It’s a bit irritating to read this on a blog that is otherwise intersted in “green solutions” and “social issues”. (though this is also a social issue, in a way, I guess)

  6. AK47, it’s a Friday afternoon post – a tongue in cheek post that’s actually spurred by our shock of finding the video…. Geddit?

  7. “Guns” and “Green” actually go together more than you think. Personal protection is a form of self sufficiency just like environmentalism.

Want to see one of the lowest individual carbon footprints in the US? Look at the gun carrying trappers in Alaska.

Ploopedy Ploo. After your liberal policies ruin the world, it’ll be those of us with the guns that take over.

  9. Reminds me of a toy I had as a kid.
