Silicon Alley Insider publishes what apparently is the email Nick Denton sent to fire Gawker writer Maggie Schnayerson. It’s content reflects the direction Denton is trying to take the online publishing house by rewarding writers for generating readership: apparently Schnayerson fell short of her target 670,000 pageviews last month by 510,000 impressions.
Hmmmm….
