CoolHunting has a delectable new video that takes a look inside Papabubble, a gourmet sweets shop with outposts in Barcelona, Amsterdam, and Tokyo, and now its first US location, New York. The video demonstrates a bit of the intricate process of candy making (by hand) and offers some insight into the art of candymaking through the eyes of Papabubble’s artisans. Our favorite candy creations: a caramel replica of Gehry’s wiggle chair, lifesize edible books, and a set of colorful candy teapots. Watch the video below:
