A lot more of phone scan technology will be coming out in the future like purchasing groceries paying bills etc. Some risks with this type of technology that takes time to mitigate include: the ability of the bar code to be SMS messaged to other recipients, and coordinating several back end systems to work together which is way more complicated than one would think.
