At the PSFK Conference New York yesterday, NASA and Etsy spoke of a project they were working on together as they concluded their panel on collaboration and co-working. Rob Kallin, founder of Etsy.com the craft market place and Andrew Hoppin of NASA told the audience that Etsy craft makers will be invited to submit designs and ideas inspired by the NASA and the 2 winning pieces will be sent into space on a shuttle.

i am tired of etsy.. this guy is on a power trip and getting paid way too much … it was a wonderful community but now we are supporting this fools ideas.. not into it any more.. cannot wait for more sites like dawanda and bigcartel to come!
