		<description>Hmmm....well I would have to say that in order to set the pillars, that alone would affect the environment and even though they turn slower than that of a prop on a ship it is still enough to disrupt what wildlife &quot;would&quot; be there. But it is all interesting anyway.

I suspect that no matter what we do for &quot;cleaner&quot; energy it will have some sort of affect on the environment even if it just comes down to land, sea or air space used.</description>
