		<description>I understand the impulse but people don&#039;t usually like to be corrected, especially when making the correction would cost them money. It&#039;s like someone pointing out your flaws.

This comes from years of grading papers...there is constructive criticism and then there is pointing out other people&#039;s mistakes. Some people can handle the former but not the latter.</description>
