		<description>I love this idea, but wonder how they would handle theft.  I am a cyclist myself and have personally believed in, not only the &#039;green&#039; culture of biking, but also the fitness aspects.  I hope they start to adopt these types of biking public transportation systems.  I would buy into it.</description>
