		<description>It&#039;s a great idea.  I&#039;ve seen things like this done in Salt Lake City.  The local Transit Authority has worked with the state to coordinate carpooling for interested commuters.

I think the thing that has helped the most in the states, though, are the gas prices.  I take the buses in to work and school and they are always packed.
