Chris Jordan at TED

It’s no secret that we’re big fans of Chris Jordan’s statistically shocking images of American consumerism. This past February, at the TED Conference in Monterey, Jordan presented his works exploring many of “the behaviors [we as a society] all engage in unconsciously on a collective level.”

For the most part, Jordan’s images speak for themselves, but they all seem to have a bit more impact when you hear it from the artist himself.
