This CBC news clip shows the moves against billboards that overstep their permit - or simply don’t have permits at all. It features Rami Tabello who has been fighting this urban spam with the sites IllegalBillboards.org and i IllegalSigns.ca and says that half of the billboards in Torronto should not be there.
