Portananos, The Cardboard Baby Crib

Portananos, The Cardboard Baby Crib

By Dan Gould on July 24, 2008

I’m always amazed at how parents of small children keep it all together. The kids are always up to something, demanding attention or running around. There’s also always so much stuff to carry around. Strollers, bags, car seats. So, surely parents will be grateful to hear about Spanish product designer Marc Sapetti‘s creation. It’s a strong but lightweight eco friendly cardboard cradle for babies up to six months old. It’s made up of component pieces that are a breeze to assemble and disassemble. The Portananos comes in five bright colors and packs flat for easy transport in it’s carrying case.
