		<description>um its called paying for your own internet. not only does sharing your internet make it possible for others to get into your files, it makes your internet slower. this article basically says &quot;help a brotha out man, i know you got some extra $ fo me&quot;. as for public wi-fi w/ a fee, its called &quot;charging what the market will bear&quot;. when there is more competition or it becomes easier to offer wifi, prices will go down, just like anything else.</description>
