Its not like homeless people are not already highly visible - outfitting them with a designer shade of safety yellow is going to make a difference? Here's a question: if they are using it for a shelter, where do they put all of their stuff in the interim, in their parent-subsidized flat? Obviously the product of too much time on your hands in your leisurely pursuit of a MFA. Seems like ACTUALLY helping the urban homeless would be more effective than trying to raise awareness through this silly and pointless exercise.
