		<description>Seems like ACTUALLY helping the urban homeless would be more effective than trying to raise awareness through this silly and pointless exercise. Its not like homeless people are not already highly visible - outfitting them with a designer shade of safety yellow is going to make a difference?

Here&#039;s a question: if they are using it for a shelter, where do they put all of their stuff in the interim, in their parent-subsidized flat? Obviously the product of too much time on your hands in your leisurely pursuit of a MFA.</description>
