		<description>This is sort of hilarious, but strangely logical. Sometime back in the eighties, Consumer Reports ran a bottled taste test using NYC tap water as the control -- and it won! Of course, it&#039;s easy to criticize bottled water if you live in NYC where the tap water is pretty delicious. 

Here in SoCal it&#039;s an entirely different story, sadly.</description>
