This place has been around for a while now but it’s message is still as strong as ever: At the Origens 99% restaurant in the Born district of Barcelona, the menu allows you to find out the story of the food you are about to eat. Each item on the menu explains the food in Catalan, Castilian and English. Written in chalk on the wall outside the restaurant is:
“The virtue of the countryside is the fruit of the relation between man and earth.”
