Senz Umbrella: Strange Design Works Better

By Dan Gould on September 11, 2008

The Senz Umbrella has a unique design that seems odd at first. But it’s unusual shape actually provides superior protection against rain and wind. The aerodynamic form cuts into whatever nasty weather comes your way and protects your back from getting wet. Contrary to all other umbrellas, the mechanism that opens the Senz pulls down, which helps the umbrella from inverting in high winds — holding the grip keeps the frame taut.
