Cyberslackers Rejoice

With websites like Facebook and Twitter chewing up worker productivity, it’s no wonder many workplaces have moved to ban social networking and email websites. VANISHD is a free-to-use website which allows users to roam the web, under the visual guise of a fake webpage. ‘Camouflaged’ by the fake website, users can peep through a viewing window, needing only to right click or move their mouse off the browsing window to hide activity from roving eyes.  A digital evolution of the 3M Privacy Monitor Filter, users can also adjust the size, shape and position of the viewing window.  VANISHD are currently developing software to prevent users’ daily slacking path from showing up in their browser history and cookies.
