5% Of British 15 & 16 Year Olds Are Regular Users Of Cocaine

A report by the European Monitoring Center for Drugs and Drug Addiction says that Britain has nearly 400,000 problem users of cocaine. They also report that five per cent 15 and 16 year olds take cocaine regularly.
