He just repeats the obvious, in my opinion

A fair list. I disagree with Number 7 though.
Yeah, it’s great to work on things you love. For example, I smile from ear to ear when working on SCI FI related stuff. The creative flows readily.
However, I also appreciate working on brands/things that I don’t particularly like as it’s a challenge and forces new perspectives and thought. I’m no fan of paper plates but did enjoy working on some consultant stuff for a leading paper plate company.
