Wear Obama (or Marilyn or a clown) on Your Head

Walking down the street in Manhattan’s East Village last week, we did a double take when we saw a guy wearing a hoodie that had Barack Obama’s face on it, so that it looked like his face was actually Barack’s. Turns out that the hoodie is the creation of Clinton van Gemert, an independent designer and musician based out of Brooklyn, who prints each piece by hand under the label Head Hoods. Each of his t-shirts and hoodies is unique, and if the reaction we had when spotting Obama on the street is any indication, wearing one is sure to, well, turn heads.
