P&G Revives Coupons at NYC BrandSaver Popup Store

By Dave Pinter on December 10, 2008

Open just another two days, the Procter & Gamble Company hopes to draw holiday shoppers in to sample the company’s latest beauty and household product innovations. brandSAVER Live! features live demonstrations, free consultations with experts, and product sampling. P&G is also giving away $45 worth of coupons in a special tab available at the store. The company is clearly hoping to connect with consumers looking for more value at a time when many are cutting back.

P&G has several free services set up including a free makup station, several stylists performing free hair blowouts, and a Clairol Virtual Hair Color Consultancy to see what a new hair color might look like.

The space on W.57th which has hosted other popup stores in the past including the Target Bodega was simply designed. Wall panels with room vignette illustrations created staging area for the different brands. Unlike some other popup stores we’ve seen, nothing at brandSAVER was really for sale. The space is more about demonstration and interaction.

P&G brandSAVER Live!
101 W.57th St NYC
Open thru December 11th
