We’re not sure that this is exactly the message that the green movement was trying to encourage: If you buy more stuff, you’ll get a free bag. Seen outside a Hudson Booksellers in New Orleans Airport.
Agree? Or are we just being too particular?

I kinda like the fact that the word ‘green’ is in quotations marks when they say Read “Green” books. What does that really mean? Read books and pretend they’re green….

Maybe the pages are green with green ink which could make reading a real problem, however clear the conscience. Maybe they’re recyclable, which would be a big problem for library’s. Next image librarians protesting out the front of stores like this… or leprochauns who are just sick and tired of green abuse. Either way it sounds like an invitation to go in and ask… oh, it’s a marketing strategy… oh, now I got it. NO THANKS.

It is a start to go into the store. They are just taking the “go green” concept to a level I am not sure we need to see.
