Next time someone is bleating for lack of funds to fix things, I'll point to their lack of imagination. OK, so having KFC, branded on every pothole is a bit much but the idea isn't bad. Win or lose they still get plenty of free publicity for a fraction of the price of running an ad. So narrow minded.
