		<description>Just pointing out that the camera pictured is actually a protoype interchangable lens camera based on a new standard. The pocketability factor should be compared to SLR camera&#039;s for which this is much smaller. 

Regarding the leather thing. I think this is particular to cameras, because they have a pre-digital analogue (film cameras) that have long used leather (or leather like surfaces) particularly on the high end (Leica&#039;s being the example invoked by the design above). I&#039;m not sure that consumer electronics that don&#039;t have a pre-electronic analogue translate well with leather (those leather laptops never really took off). These will develop their own &#039;iconic forms&#039; that may or may not use leather, but I&#039;m banking on not.</description>
